Kelley first connected with the Women’s Fund in 2017 while pursuing her Master’s in Higher Education Administration at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Following graduation, Kelley happily joined the Women’s Fund in 2019 as Project Coordinator. In this role, she worked closely with all of the Fund’s team members to manage the Young Women’s Initiative, event logistics, and various committees such as the the Research Advisory Committee for the research report on the Status of Women and Girls in Western Massachusetts, 2019. As the Communications and Events Manager, she focuses on amplifying the Fund’s mission.
Kelley holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in North Adams, Mass. She now resides in Hampshire County with her partner, Max, and dog, Scooter. In her free time, Kelley loves to read, go hiking, and connect with the cycling community to encourage more female-identified individuals to learn how to be self-supported on bikepacking tours.
