Kelley first connected with the Women’s Fund in 2017 while pursuing her Master’s in Higher Education Administration at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Following graduation, she joined the team as an Intern and has been working closely with the Program Officer on many projects including organizing the Young Women’s Advisory Council, participating on the Research Advisory Group for the project on the Status of Women and Girls in Western Mass, and conducting research on grant writing opportunities.
Kelley happily joined the Women’s Fund in 2019 as the Project Coordinator. In this role, she works closely with all of the Fund’s team members to take on office, event or other projects necessary to promote the mission of the Women’s Fund.
In addition to Kelley’s work at the Women’s Fund, Kelley works for the School of Earth and Sustainability at the University of Massachusetts Amherst to support the school’s strategic mission and vision through project management, advising, and assessment. In her free time, she also works as a Volleyball Official for the Franklin County Board and helps coach for the Western Massachusetts Volleyball Club.
Kelley holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in North Adams, Mass. She now resides in Hampshire County with her partner, Max, and dog, Scooter. Kelley has a burgeoning interest in bikepacking and finding ways to encourage more women, girls, and female-identified individuals to participate in cycling.
