Kelley joined the Women’s Fund team in 2019 and is currently the Director of Research and Advocacy. At the Fund, she manages research projects like the Economic Security Hub and the Status of Gender Equity in Western Massachusetts. Kelley is well-versed in producing print, web, and graphic designs. She leads the Women’s Fund advocacy efforts and contributes to fundraising campaigns and grant writing.
Kelley holds a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. She now resides in Berkshire County with her partner, Max, her daughter, Beatrix, and dogs, Scooter and Admiral. Kelley loves to read, drum, and bike in her free time.
