Berkshire Research Report Listening Session

November 12, 2019 at 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Free

The Women’s Fund of Western Massachusetts (WFWM) released the full research report on the Status of Women and Girls in Western Massachusetts, 2019 and the Key Findings on the Status of Women and Girls in Western Massachusetts, 2019 on September 20, 2019. Following the launch, we are cohosting Listening Sessions with the Regional Commissions on the Status of Women and Girls in Western Massachusetts throughout October and November 2019.

This Listening Session is the second of the tour and is scheduled for November 12, 2019 during the meeting for the Berkshire County Commission on the Status of Women (Berkshire CSW) at the Greylock Federal Credit Union, Community Room, 75 Kellogg Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201.

The publication of the full research report and key findings marks a new milestone for the WFWM to collect intergenerational, intersectional data that will serve as a resource to inform the WFWM direction. This report will also equip the organizations in Western Massachusetts who are serving women and girls with the knowledge to identify problems concretely and propose evidence-based solutions for the region.

The Listening Sessions will serve as the channel for the region’s constituents to share their reflections with the WFWM on the report and to share directive feedback on how the data compiled in future iterations of the research report may better serve this region. If you plan to attend the November 12th Berkshire Listening Session, please RSVP below.
