Amplify! BIPOC Women and Gender Diverse Leaders

Continuing our work in supporting women and girls serving organizations in pursuing diversity, equity, and inclusion practices, we invite you to our next Amplify workshop.

Facilitated by Daisy Pereira-Tosado, this interactive workshop will cover a variety of topics such as:

  • Examining and dismantling inequitable policies and practices including recruitment, hiring, orientation, training, office dress codes, work schedules, and performance evaluations;
  • Taking inventory of the institutional climate and culture to ensure that all voices and experiences are welcomed;
  • Developing a leadership pipeline for other BIPOC staff within the organization;
  • Engaging board members, donors, and other stakeholders in this work.

Workshop participants will leave this workshop with tools to better establish or strengthen the groundwork; one that will champion your BIPOC women and gender-diverse leaders’ success, longevity, and contributions to the organization.
