Partnering Organizations: Prison Legal Services, Civil Liberties and Public Policy (CLPP) of Hampshire College
The Women’s Fund supports advocacy and educational programming of the Prison Birth Project (PBP). Instrumental in passing S.2063, Anti-Shackling legislation abolishing the harmful practice of shackling incarcerated women who are pregnant or in labor, PBP continues to advocate for its members while offering a wide range of support and educational services to current and formerly incarcerated women.
