Pioneer Valley Workers Center

The Pioneer Valley Workers Center builds power with low-wage workers and immigrants through grassroots organizing, mutual aid, and incubating worker-led cooperative enterprise. As we elevate the voice of all workers, we have a particular focus on women workers.

In the coming year, we will continue to train women in their rights at work and organize with women members to create change, both in their workplace and more broadly. We will develop and teach new workshops exclusively for non-men workers, to be offered in Spanish and English on being a leader in your workplace, ending sexual harassment in the workplace, sustaining energy for organizing and preventing burnout, and on finance and budgeting, and will continue to develop the leadership of women members at PVWC.
