WFWM ended 2017 on a strong note – by appointing three new board members. We are proud to spotlight a different new board member every month. This February – meet Michelle Sears!
Michelle Sears is a finance professional with 20 years of experience. Michelle is currently the Director of Finance at Health New England. She has also held the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer. In her current position, she manages and oversees the Actuarial, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis departments with a focus on financial risk management and regulatory reporting. Michelle believes in giving back to the community and has lead several fundraising events including the United Way and Rays of Hope campaigns at Health New England. Michelle received her Bachelor of Science degree from Westfield State and her MBA from Elms College in Chicopee. In her free time, Michelle loves to read, work in her flower garden, and spend time with her husband Jeremy, daughter Alexzandrea, and three dogs.
