  • Strategy around beneficiary designations, and
  • Who needs trusts and when they can be implemented.

Amy Jamrog CFP® is a financial advisor, author, coach and motivational speaker with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She leads The Jamrog Group, a Massachusetts-based financial planning firm serving clients nationwide. Amy’s expertise benefits business owners, corporate executives, and many charitable organizations’ endowments.

As CEO of Four Wings Consulting, Amy coaches financial advisors, leads workshops, and delivers impactful keynote talks across the industry. Amy’s bestselling books, Confetti Moments and Life Savings Conversations, as well as her blog, Wednesday Wisdom, showcase her ongoing commitment to learning, teaching and serving as a thought leader. She is ranked among Forbes’ Top Advisors and has received multiple awards recognition for her volunteerism, philanthropy and advocacy. Amy holds a degree from Middlebury College and resides in Massachusetts. When she’s not working, you can find her with her partner Kim on their pontoon boat floating on the Connecticut River, or rocking cowboy boots at a country music concert!

Kathryn Wakefield, JD, CLU® Director Kathryn joined Advanced Sales in 2010. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in sociology and her law degree from Western New England University. Kathryn began her career as a financial advisor for American Express Financial Advisors and worked during law school for the U.S. Attorney’s office and the Hamden County District Attorney’s office. Kathryn spent a year away from MassMutual in private practice in a large Springfield, Massachusetts firm. She practiced in the areas of estate planning, business succession planning, and entrepreneurial law, including formation of legal entities, transition of business interests, advising existing businesses, and drafting estate plans for individuals and families. She rejoined Advanced Sales in the summer of 2018. Kathryn is a frequent volunteer at the Hampden County Probate Court’s lawyer for a day program. She is a frequently requested speaker for various area non-profits and local estate planning councils. She serves on the Advisory Committee for It Takes a Village, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping young families in Western Massachusetts. She also serves on the professional services committee for the Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts. Kathryn also volunteers with various youth sports organizations including serving as a board member and registrar for Belchertown United F.C., a local soccer organization. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and Connecticut and is a CE certified instructor
