Salary Negotiation Workshop for Women

Want to learn how to get the most you can in your paycheck when looking for that next job?

Attend the Women’s Fund’s FREE, salary negotiation skills workshop co-hosted by the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women, the Treasurer’s Office of Economic Empowerment, and Springfield Technical Community College.  The program provides women with the tools they need to overcome the negative impacts of wage inequality. The training is licensed by the AAUW Work Smart program and empowers women to close their personal pay gaps and earn their market-value through salary negotiation.

MA Treasurer Deb Goldberg launched the initiative last year as a direct response to the wage gap in Massachusetts, where women make only 82 cents for every dollar a man makes.  The Women’s Fund is offering this training opportunity at no charge as part of our Impact Training initiative, but space is limited and advance registration is required.

Check in begins at 5:00PM and the program begins at 5:30PM.
