Springfield Young Women’s Initiative Career Conversations

Career Conversations is designed for YWI leaders, present and alumni, to meet seasoned professionals from various industries in Western Massachusetts.

This year, young leaders from the Springfield area are invited to connect virtually for rotating breakout group discussions with adult mentors to ask questions and seek insight into potential career paths.

The Women’s Fund community members are invited to encourage these emerging young leaders by sharing experience, resources, and advice integral to achieving leadership and personal goals.

The WFWM will send more details to participants by January 17.

An Important Note for Adult Volunteers:

These “seats” are first come, first serve. We appreciate your patience as we organize this event to ensure the ratio of adult women to young women is appropriate. If the “Career Conversations Adult Volunteer” RSVPs are full, please select the “Career Conversations Adult Volunteer Waitlist” option. We have needed to pull volunteers from the waitlist as unforeseen circumstances arise. Please DO NOT select the “Career Conversations YWI Participant or Grad” option as those limited seats are for young leaders only.
