Springfield Young Women’s Initiative Career Conversations

We are happy to announce the 4th annual Career Conversations for the Young Women’s Initiative (YWI) during January, national mentoring month!

Career Conversations is designed for YWI leaders, present and alumni, to meet seasoned professionals from various industries in Western Massachusetts.

This year, young leaders from the Springfield area are invited to connect virtually for rotating breakout group discussions with adult mentors to ask questions and seek insight into potential career paths.

The Women’s Fund community members are invited to encourage these emerging young leaders by sharing experience, resources, and advice integral to achieving leadership and personal goals.

The WFWM will send more details by January 22.
