Stephanie Steed is a Licensed Social worker who earned a BA in Spanish from Guilford College in Greensboro and a M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from Cambridge College, in Springfield, MA. She has taken her interests in child welfare and social service systems to build a career that spans 25 years. For the last 15 years, she’s worked in a variety of roles at 18 Degrees (formerly known as Berkshire Children & Families), a non-profit social service agency that promotes the well-being of children and strength of families. Stephanie’s experience as a case manager, home finder, supervisor and director of programs has led her to her current position as Vice President, where she combines clinical knowledge with managerial skills to support staff, develop programs and advance the agency’s mission of “Every Child In A Family, Every Family in a Community.”
