Young leaders in our Young Women’s Initiative—offered in partnership with Arise for Social Justice and The Heartwing Center—are gaining skills in advocacy, social justice, and participatory grantmaking. Due to your generosity, these changemakers are building confidence that will shape their futures—and ours. We will celebrate their leadership journey this spring in a combined graduation ceremony. You’re also powering the Greater Springfield Women’s Economic Security Hub (ESH). For the past three years, we’ve been building this economic engine. We created a new video to show how your support is breaking down barriers and advancing gender and racial equity—watch it, share it, and help spread the word.
